Privacy policy.

Last updated August 18, 2026. This policy describes what XGrade collects when you use xgrade.app or app.xgrade.app.

Who we are

XGrade is a visible-condition laboratory. We issue reports from photographs. We do not take possession of cards. Contact: admin@xgrade.app.

What we collect

• Account. If you sign in with Google or X, we receive the identifier, name, and email those services share with us. We do not get your Google or X password.
• Photos. Front and optional back images you upload for a report. Those photos are locked to the public certificate.
• Report data. The inspection record, assessment, subgrades, deductions, caps, optional shop name, and photo hash.
• Technical. Basic server logs such as IP address, browser, and time of request, used to run and protect the service.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, produce the report, publish the certificate at its public URL, enforce the daily cap, and keep the lab running. Photos are sent to a vision model (currently xAI) so it can record what is visible. The model does not pick the grade. A published formula does.

What is public

A live report is a public page. Anyone with the report ID can see the locked photos and the assessment. Do not upload photos you are not willing to have reopened with that link.

What we do not sell

We do not sell your account or photos. We do not use sign-in with X or Google to post on your behalf. Login is only so we know who issued a report.

How long we keep it

Account records and issued reports stay until you ask us to delete them, or until we shut the service down. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

• Google and X, if you use those buttons to sign in.
• xAI, which receives the photos for the visual inspection.
• The host that serves xgrade.app and app.xgrade.app.

Your choices

You can stop using the lab at any time. Email admin@xgrade.app to ask what we hold about your account or to request deletion. Public report URLs already shared with buyers cannot be pulled back from people who already opened them.

Children

XGrade is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account or upload photos for a child under 13.

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version.
