Who uses it
Same inspector. Different issuer line.
Collectors
The question is usually: should I spend slab-house money on this card? XGrade will not tell you the card is a guaranteed PSA 10. It will tell you what the photos support, what was dinged, what was not visible, and which caps fired. That is enough to decide whether to mail, sell raw, or take better photos and look again.
Dealers
Type a shop name when you issue the report. The certificate prints “Issued by {shop} · Assessed by XGrade.” The inspector, the formula, and the caps do not change. You are not buying a private grade. You are putting a shop name on a public evidence report.
What neither of you should do
- Do not sell the certificate as a slab or as resale liquidity.
- Do not swap photos after the report is issued and keep the same ID.
- Do not treat the projected professional range as a promise from PSA or anyone else.
