Terms of service.

Last updated August 18, 2026. These terms govern use of xgrade.app and the XGrade lab at app.xgrade.app.

What XGrade is

XGrade issues visible-condition reports from photographs you upload. A vision model records what is visible. A published formula turns that record into an assessment. We do not take possession of cards, slab them, authenticate them, or inspect the physical object.

What XGrade is not

XGrade is not PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or TAG, and is not affiliated with them. An XGrade number is an assessment of the photos, not an official grade, not a hologram, and not a claim of resale liquidity. The projected professional range is where a slab house is most likely to land on the physical card. It is not a promise from those companies and not a hedge on the XGrade assessment.

Accounts

You may sign in with Google or X. You are responsible for the account you use. Do not share access. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, forges photos, or misrepresents a report.

Photos and reports

You must have the right to upload the photos. Front is required. Without a photo of the back of the card, we will not issue above 9. We only see what we are shown. The card may have flaws that are not visible in these photos. If the photos on a certificate are not the card being sold, the report does not apply.

Live reports are public by ID. Anyone with the link can reopen the locked photos, the assessment, subgrades, deductions, and caps. Do not treat a certificate as a slab or as proof the listed card is the photographed card.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.
• Do not swap photos after a report is issued and keep the same ID.
• Do not headline a report as an official or certified slab-house grade.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the lab.

Limits

Signed-in users are capped at eight reports per day. A live inspection uses a third-party vision model and is billed to the operator. Service may be interrupted, rate-limited, or changed.

No warranty

The lab is provided as-is. We do not warrant that an assessment matches a physical card, a future slab-house grade, or a sale price. Use the report as evidence of what the photos showed, nothing more.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, XGrade is not liable for lost sales, listing disputes, slab-house outcomes, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from a report or from downtime.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
